How it Works
Phone Call
and
Site Vist
We will talk over the phone, text or email about your project. If you can dream it, we can help design it. After understanding your basic needs via phone, we will schedule a site visit. Site visit fee is $450, which can go towards the cost of plans. We try out best to give a quote for the total cost before a site visit.
quote AND Service Agreement
For design work, we quote the work based on an estimated hourly basis. We do our very best to give quote before the site visit. and research your property zoning regulations prior to quoting. Before beginning the design, we will enter a service agreement with a fixed-fee amount.
DESIGN and permitting support
Before sealing our drawings, we will submit them for review to ensure we have captured your intent.
We will be with you through permitting, but do not submit to the city. During construction we are available for inspections and any questions your contractor may have to verify the work is completed properly
PAyment
We will send an invoice on a predefined schedule laid out in our service agreement after completing each phase of your project. Clients can pay this invoice via card, check , or Zelle.
